Monthly Giving
The Marquee Art’s fiscal year runs from October 1 – September 30, 2022. You may make a monthly gift instead of one contribution. If you are interested in monthly giving, please select ‘monthly’ under ‘recurring donations’ on the online form.

Donor-Advised Gifts
A 501(c)(3) organization, Marquee Arts is eligible to receive donations from donor-advised fund. Please forward our organization name and mailing address to the fund. For wire transfer instructions, contact Amber Duncan, Director of Development, at 734-668-8397 ext. 28 or aduncan@marquee-arts.org
IRA Transfers
The Charitable IRA Rollover allows individuals age 70½ and older to make direct transfers of up to $100,000 per year from individual retirement accounts to Marquee Arts, a 501(c)(3) organization, without having to count the transfers as income for federal tax purposes. You may contact your IRA custodian for information on how to make the transfer.
Matching Gifts
Check with your company to see if they will ‘match your gift’, which may double or triple your impact. We will assist with any required paperwork.
Legacy Society
Become a member of the Legacy Society with a provision in your will or estate plans. Gifts like these lay the foundation for future generations of Michigan and State Theater lovers, creating a permanent remembrance for each planned gift donor. When you join the Legacy Society, you demonstrate your commitment to sustaining vital community amenities and preserving historically significant buildings. Available planned gift options accepted are:
· Specific bequest: A sum of money, an appreciated asset, or property, or real estate
· Residuary bequest: All or a percentage of the assets remaining in your estate after specific bequests and other expenses are paid.
· Contingent bequest: A bequest that comes into effect if your primary beneficiary does not survive you.
· Gifts of Life Insurance and Retirement Assets that can provide you or your surviving family with tax benefits
