Sponsorship levels start at $100 and are also available at higher levels for exclusive season-long sponsorships. The Michigan Theater is an elegant venue for movies and live events and is a spectacular downtown community gathering space. Over 250,000 people attend events at the theater every year and our programming is presented 365 days a year.

Individual Sponsorship
Have you ever wanted to see your name in lights on the Michigan Theater marquee? Or surprise a loved one with a special message on the Michigan Theater movie screen before seeing a film? Individual sponsorship gives the general public access to display a message on either the Michigan Theater marquee for one night or on the movie screen for one night. This special sponsorship opportunity is $100 for an on-screen message for one night or if you prefer a message on the marquee it is $250 for one night.
Sponsored Film Series
Sponsors frequently support special film series at the Michigan. We have worked with individuals and organizations to present a broad range of films based on a particular theme, including: Director or star retrospectives, celebration of national cinema, summer classics, holiday classics, genre series and theme series of all kinds.
