Manhattan Short Film Festival

Thursday, October 2 at 7:30 PM.

An extraordinary global event will take place the week of September 26-October 5, when over 100,000 people in over 300 cities across six continents gather in cinemas, galleries, universities, museums and cafes for one purpose…to view and vote on the Finalists’ Films in the Annual Manhattan Short Film Festival.

Manhattan Short Film Festival is not a touring Festival; rather, it is a celebration that occurs simultaneously across the globe, bringing great films to great venues and allowing the audiences to select their favorites. If the Film Festival experience truly is about getting great works in front of as many eyes as possible, Manhattan Short Film Festival offers the ultimate platform — one that sees its films screened in Sydney, Mumbai, Moscow, Vienna, Cape Town and beyond.

Our partnering cinemas are situated in Asia, Australia, Africa, Europe, South America and North America, including venues in all 50 States of the United States. Manhattan Short Film Festival is the first film festival to ever take place in all 50 States of the USA. Learn more at
