Marquee arts membership
Join our community of card-carrying supporters in protecting and preserving the historic Michigan Theater and State Theatre, which serve as Ann Arbor’s community auditoriums and spaces for cinema presentation and film culture 365 days a year. As a nonprofit organization, our 4000+ members are the heart and soul of Marquee Arts and provide the necessary funds vital to our day-to-day operations. As a Marquee Arts member, you will help ensure that the Michigan and State continue to thrive well into the future and save money every time you join us at the movies!
MOVIES! Throughout the year, we provide a variety of movies at the Michigan, State, and now in our Virtual Movie Palace, including new releases, classic and cult films, special month long series, silent films with live organ music, and much more!
SPECIAL LIVE & FILM EVENTS! The Michigan Theater’s historic Main Auditorium is home to many special live and film events throughout the year, including and very much not limited to, movie singalongs, our Not Just For Kids theater series, National Theater Live and MET Opera broadcasts, our Movies 101 educational series, Young Filmmakers Camp, live music events, filmmaker and community members lectures, and more.
THE BEST POPCORN IN TOWN! Enjoy well-stocked movies concessions with full bars at both the Michigan and State.
